Bad BOB4?

Hi all,
Sorry for my english.
I installed all parts DSO068 without the "Step-up conv" (BOB4) - oscilloscope is operating. When I connect BOB4, AV+ voltage drops to about 2.5V and current consumption increases to more than 0.5A (without LCD).
IC on BOB4 very heats.
It is possible to replace the module with a new one?
