Adjustment of Compensation capacitors.

Hi I'm having problems setting thw waveforms with C5 and C8 never of these have any affects on the waveforms.
Both waveforms are off the screen. I have tried several capacitors in the C6 and C7 positions to no effect.

Any ideas? Thanks.
