We are about to release a dual channel oscilloscope (Wave2) which can do XY mode. There is no plan to upgrade jyeLab since we don't have right programmer for the work.

There is a posibility to update PC Scope to support dual Channel mode. Currently I'm working on different projects but if there will be interest for doing that I can update app. Because of no issues reported by users, development of PC Scope is currently halted.
