shoot me if its already been asked before, but is there any way we could implement a few more wave forms besides just square on the test signal?

a sinewave is very useful, as is a triangle.

maybe a rough/fine control on frequency rather than fixed frequencies only?

someone asked for RMS on the volt meter. i second that PP and RMS.

persistent display... is it possible to save a waveform, as in hold, but still have the basic trace superimposed?

asking too much for the cpu maybe? iunno!

Thank you for the suggestions! Yes the MCU is too weak for most functions you asked. But there will be a improved model coming soon which RMS voltage reading implemented.
