I updated with the firmware 113-15001-110 and I entered the code given by Jye.tech.
My DSO Shell is an old D version.

There are jacks with the long chrome tube, buy the one.
Your jack is the short model.

Version 055 is not available for download, so there is no way to go back to version 060.

GND puts the oscilloscope input to a mass, so the signal can not be seen.

A conventional 1 and 1/10 probe with BNC socket for oscilloscope is suitable. It does not cost much money.
