caps arrived ; Firstly i tested C4 , real capacity is around 2,158 pF then i verified the switching of the sel signals ; 50mV 1-L 2-L 3-H 1 V 1-H 2-H 3-L so according to that the input should switch from C3 circuit to C5 circuit i tested caps at C6 position going down 100 82 75 47 33 22 10 NO change...

U5 pin 8 and V+ should be the same , verify first. have you checked U5 pin 5 ( Vout ) ? If pin 5 is not at -7.8 there will be no AV- as the 7905 is responsible for that. are you sure about the orientation of C10 and C11 ?? they are both needed to make the 7660 to work and generate a negative voltage...

i don't have experience with 055 firmware , but you can flash safely to 061 ( 062 has some minor issues ) .

follow the explanation on jye website and use an usb uart ( with installed driver ) .

don't forget to disable the protection at first flash .

sorry for late reply , caps are ordered as my local shop is not so well assorted these "smd-days " , so i need to wait a couple of weeks to get a go at testing. - and indeed there are several issues mixed up in this topic. in the low settings ( when sensel activates C3 ) you can adjust 0.1...

here are some pictures , first i did a default-restore , then brought up the 3.3 v test signal , then the Center HPos => which works almost correct => only off by a couple of mV ( so the graph is NOT centered to the screen properly ), then Center Trigger Level => which is off by roughly 1.5volts.......

which firmware ?

as far as i can remember the test square is always active , the test mode let you select 0.1 or 3.3 v

a default-restore could help ; Hold down [SEC/DIV] and [TRIGGER] buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds.



Have you tried re-flashing ?

As we don't know if you refer to the + or - , maybe this can help you

if the socket is still solid in place , you can try to wire the "loose-end" to J6 to get you going.
