I recently finished assembling my 15001K Oscilloscope and see my screen intermittantly fails to turn on. I determined when you move the ribbon cable to the screen, specifically the four circuits near the bottom, the screen turns off and on. IS there any way to repair? Is there a replacement policy? ...
