i got it! I aditionally just thought, that it's a "bug" that the 1kHz Singal is always running on 3,3V Level in the background.

As you see in the display, its always in DC mode.

Here is my mod. I managed to install a 2200mAh battery inside the DSO for over 10h of runtime. :D I had to modify some things (dial, housing, switch, stepup and charger pcb, and so on), but it worked.
