Here are two common ways capacitors values can be marked, EIA and ICE
In EIA 330 pF would be 331
In ICE 330 pF would be 330p

Since the resistors values are correct there is little else to suspect besides the op amp. If the display works you have 3.3V and the 5 volts that feeds the 3.3V regulator.
The 5 volt supply is connected to +AV through L3.
Check L3 with your ohmmeter and resolder its connections.
