Re: Li-ion power mod
alphaseek: Sorry for my late reply. I attached a couple of pictures (main board, analog board). I hope they are self explained. In case further explanation is needed, please let me know ;-) Regarding noise problems: I tested everything with just 9V battery and what I have and there are differences, ...

Re: Li-ion power mod
Well, yes. But there is also an internal diode in the mosfet (between S and D) which is why it works on battery (while you don't have external voltage). I wanted to put my pictures here so that maybe somebody else would benefit from it, but I was (and still am) a little bit too busy at the moment to...

Re: Li-ion power mod
Hello all! I believe you don't need to mod the switch. jye1 already made a board that do all of the things you guys want. It is here . And if you don't want to buy that you can even make yourself a switch from that schematic . All you need is that transistor Q1, D2 and R3 from figure 1. Top line is ...

Re: Probes
Yes, you can use it.
Your probe is "too good" for DSO Shell.
It means you could use it on better oscilloscope (by better I mean to use it with the oscilloscope that has higher bandwidth).
I own P6100 and use it with DSO Shell
Good luck.

Re: [SOLVED] Cant flash firmware
What happened in my case?
The one that didn't work was removed from ebay.
This one worked:

It is not expensive and works like a charm

Re: [SOLVED] Cant flash firmware
Thank you both.
I did ordered CP2103.
Jumper was put to 3.3V and LEDs they are blinking unfortunetly I cannot test it with any other UART device at the moment. I will test it with another UART at USB to make a loopback.
Best regards,
Tomaz

Re: [SOLVED] Cant flash firmware
Thank you for your reply! I did put it in bootloader mode (I soldered 2 jumpers together as it was in description) and screen was white. Only 3 pins were used as you described. FTDI board that was used was this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/172447812715?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STR...

Re: [SOLVED] Cant flash firmware
I tried with FTDI FT232RL but I had no luck.
Adapter was seen in windows (and in aplication), but it didn't detect the the DSO Shell board.
I did connect Rx-->Tx and Tx-->Rx but without luck.
If you have any pointer, please feel free to share them
Thank you.
