EDIT: I see i have a counterfeit it was from worldchips in case that helps. Nevermind on the question i understand you can not give me support for a stolen product.

I posted this earlier in the [DSO138 troubleshooting - No AV- (no trace)] thread but never received any answer to my question so i will post it in its own thread. I also am having trouble whith my DSO138. Pretty much any signal gives a full spiking read. no matter the settings. if i read the 1khz 3....

I also am having trouble whith my DSO138. Pretty much any signal gives a full spiking read. no matter the settings. if i read the 1khz 3.3v test signal at 1x 1v ac or dc i get a full top to bottom of the screen signal and my AV- is 0.75+ Volts. I tried to fix it myself but my electronics skills come...
