Re: Something wrong below 0.5V in DC
We can confirm that the 0.1V test signal contains a +3.3V offset due to a bug in firmware. This will be corrected in the up coming firmware release. For the time being please use AC coupling for the adjustment of C3. We are sorry for the mistake. jye1, thank you for the information! Good news that ...

Re: Something wrong below 0.5V in DC
Have the same situation, see my posts at the neighborhood topic: http://www.jyetech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=1002&start=10 It looks like we have the high absolute voltage at 0.1V curve generation: 1150 mV. This doesn't fit at screen at DC mode with 50mV sensivity. When we use AC, absol...

Re: No signal < 0.5V/Div
jye1, thank you for the help! I've made the VPos calibration, switched to GND. Now, I see the horizontal line at the middle of the screen at all sensitivity modes (GND). Then I switched to DC (as shown at calibration photo in manual). I see the same situation as before, no curve. Here is the picture...

Re: No signal < 0.5V/Div
I have the same issue as Jlough (assembled from 15001K kit), the short video, explaining the situation: https://youtu.be/43YyN5yoBV0 V4 voltage is 1.45 instead of expecting 1.6, but I thinking that this is the mistake of mutlimeter. I've checked the resistors mentioned in troubleshouting section. Al...
