I mesure the resistance of L1 and L3, it's about 4,5 ohms. The value of L4 is incorrect.
I changed the L4, and it's working good!

Yes, of course, JP4 is closed and i have the 3,3V on the pin near the MCU on C18.
Non, the led not blink and is correctly soldered.
I alway have 3,17V on the pin of R28 near the led. And when I press the Reset, there is NO change.

Hello,
I tryed with the usb not plugged, and with it plugged.
No change, windows don't reconize the DSO (I have read it's normal, the usb is not programmed in the DSO software).
