Hi,

I had a problem with connecting to JYE LAB although I had damaged the USB UART BOB. After replacing I got the additional option to use COM3 instead of COM1. Selected that and hey presto worked. Just a thought. I see you have com 8 listed just a thought.

Replaced USB to UART Bridge that I had damaged and now working fine on Windows 10.
Next is firmware upgrade.

Yes using USB and external power supply. No battery or charger fitted because I never remember to charge things.

I have no battery and no charger; the switch does turn on and off the scope.

BOB 3 replaced and now all okay. Also inserted D5 and now powered from external 5V power source.

Issue is probably that C33 is actually a 1M ohm resistor.
