I have the same problem. Changing trigger level has no effect. Even with test signal.

Triggering not working
I have problem with my piece.
Triggering is not working right. It is triggered all the time regardless of trigger level indicator in both Auto and Normal mode.
LED is always blinking. Do you have any suggestions what to check?
Even build-in test signal is not stable and is jumping over the screen.
