Now I have no signal when the middle switch is set to 1v any combination of the top switch does not show the test signal.

I have the same problem, I have checked the values of C6 and C7, they are correct, any advice?jye1 wrote:Did you see any change in waveform while adjusting C8? Usually C7 too large or C6 too small (open) will result in the phenomenon you saw.

Hi Please can someone explain this. In the manual it states Do not attempt to measure live power directly. Is this scope suitable for measuring voltage ripple on power supplies upto 12v DC? Does the above mean you can not connect it accross the + and - of the power supply? Sorry if this is a dumb qu...

Check your board first http://www.jyetech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=511 . Seems that wrong value inductors are either common or a fact of life on the counterfeit boards. You would need an inductance meter. If you do have a counterfeit board perhaps the easiest option is to buy the correct ...
