I have received the kit and fully built it and installed it in the clear case and have done both open and short calibrations. It seems to work very well and is pretty accurate. I still don't understand why the forum is closed on this kit.

I bought mine from Banggood, I didn't see them on either list. Is Banggood a legitimate company?
