I did: Step 1: Check voltage at the lead of R40 that connects to U1 pin 46 (the node marked VGEN in schematic). This voltage should read about 0.8V. If you get a value close to 0V or 3.3V then the pin 46 of U1 may be open, or the pin inside is damaged. And I found Pin 46 on U1 itself equals to 0V. H...

Thanks. I did remove the plastic from the male header pins. Found that some connections were loose (4 of them)
Resoldered, and now I have an image.

No trace yet, but I will go through the instructions in another post.

Hi, I have soldered the kit. When switching on, the backlight of the LCD is lit, it looks like the LCD screen is refreshed once. The reset button works, after pressing, the LED is blinking 2 time, then a short wait and then it blinks again (and repeat) What do I need to check next? Could it be the L...
