Hello i was encountering the same issue when using a 9v alkaline battery on a holder with a switch to power my scope. I realize you said you already changed your power supply. My trace slowly drifts from the center line as I'm doing measurements, and when i switch trigger mode from auto to normal and back to auto my trace drops way out of the boundaries of the screen I then have to do the 0V alignment and bring the trace back down. But the trace is constantly dropping out...

So i flashed the scope and everything is back to normal now, guess it might have been a bug or a glitch in it.

yes i did, all my voltages are present however at vc2 and vc1 they were off by -1v not sure much that matters. i just find it really weird it dropped out of nowhere, i was working on a system that was less than 15v
