OK - for #1: 2.27V and 2.25V. Nowhere near 0V in terms of voltages in this system. #2: Vpos cursor bottom screen: 0.73V and 0.79V Cursor mid screen: 1.55V and 1.54V Cursor top screen: 2.42V and 2.42V So those at least follow. #3: 2.35V and 2.70V This is a 24 pin DIP, right?
