The power supply seems can not source enough current. The effective voltage was only 5.7V which is too low. Can you try with power supply of larger current capacity?

You have purchased a counterfeit DSO138 kit. Original DSO138 kits from JYE Tech do not have the duplicated R38 mistake.

If the main firmware version shown is "08501-132" you can push the ADJ dial when the version screen appears at power-up. This will restore the factory default and fix the problem.

Can you please first explain what was the problem with the 068? Did you get any thing displayed on screen or none at all?
