Re: Seems to restart when trying to turn off with ADJ-dial
I did a similarly thing. I simply removed the over-complicated BOB3 and added a switch instead of JP2. Well actually, I used the pads 1 and 3 of where BOB3 was mounted, since they are bigger and the same thing. And since the external battery shouldn't be used when there is an internal there, I remov...

Re: Seems to restart when trying to turn off with ADJ-dial
The Keypad firmware is : 006802-030.
I think that one of the reasons why it does not work could be that sometimes when the ADJ-dial is pressed the keypad firmware doesn't start at all (there is no firmware version displayed, just an empty row)

Re: Seems to restart when trying to turn off with ADJ-dial
For me, a short press turns it on, and a long press restart it.
I shorted JP2, plugged in the battery, closed the case it seems to work as intended. So there is something wrong with on/off switch handling, hardware and/or software.

Re: Seems to restart when trying to turn off with ADJ-dial
I have placed the battery as close as possible to the bottom edge, and the battery isn't wide enough to reach the reset button

Seems to restart when trying to turn off with ADJ-dial
I just finished building the DSO 068 a couple of days ago, and when USB powered, it seems to work as intended. My intention was however to use it on battery power, and finally after a lot of searching an managed to find a battery that fitted. So I opened JP2 to be able to turn it ON and OFF by press...

Sending screens in BMP- and SVG-format.
I have now, based on the Learning Edition source, implemented sending of screens in BMP, Raw and SVG formats (Scalable Vector Graphics). With the later (SVG), the user can also scroll through the whole data buffer when the file is opened in, for example Chrome or another SVG enabled browser. This ca...

Re: Compiling the source code (learning edition)
I have now been able get it to work.
I started from the beginning again and cleaned up the code to get it
through the compiler, and now everything worked.
I had probably messed up somewhere during that work earlier
Now I can start adding new features

Compiling the source code (learning edition)
I tried to compile the source code (learning edition) with the new Atmel Studio 6.1 (build 2562), and after cleaning up the code a little to get it through the compiler and linker I downloaded it into my DSO 062 board (rev. C) with my AVRISP mkII programmer. But it doesn't start up correctly. It see...
